Full Terms & Conditions
1. Who can refer
Any registered Thugil Tex customer with a verified account can participate in the referral programme. Referral codes are generated on demand from your Account page.
2. What counts as a qualifying referral
A referral is complete when the referred friend (a) signs up via your unique referral link, and (b) completes and pays for their first order. Orders that are cancelled, refunded, or not paid do not qualify.
3. Your reward (referrer)
After your friend's qualifying first order is confirmed, you will receive a single-use coupon code for 15% off your next order, emailed to your registered address. The coupon is valid for 30 days from issue and requires a minimum order value of ₹299.
4. Friend's reward (referred)
Your friend automatically receives 15% off their first order when they sign up via your referral link. This discount is applied at checkout — no code is required. It applies to their first order only, with a minimum order value of ₹299.
5. No stacking
Referral discounts cannot be combined with other coupon codes. Only one discount applies per order.
6. Expiry
Referral links expire 30 days after creation. Pending referrals (signed up but not ordered) expire 30 days after the friend signed up. Referrer reward coupons expire 30 days after issue.
7. Fraud and abuse prevention
Self-referrals (referring yourself via a different account or email address) are prohibited and will be flagged. Each new user can only be referred once. Thugil Tex reserves the right to disqualify referrals and revoke rewards if fraud or abuse is detected.
8. Programme changes
Thugil Tex reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue the referral programme at any time without prior notice. Earned rewards that have already been issued will remain valid until their expiry date.
