We quality-check every product before dispatch. If something arrives wrong or defective, we'll make it right.
Eligible for return
- ✓Manufacturing defects (torn stitching, fabric damage)
- ✓Wrong item sent (different product or colour)
- ✓Item significantly different from description
Not eligible for return
- ✕Change of mind or personal preference
- ✕Size not fitting (please check our size guide)
- ✕Items washed, worn, or altered
- ✕Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery
How to raise a return request
Contact us within 48 hours

Share your order details
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the defect or incorrect item.
We review your request
We will review your request within 1 business day and confirm whether it is approved.
Refund or replacement
If approved, we will arrange a pickup or ask you to ship the item back, and process your refund or replacement.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made via NEFT/UPI bank transfer — please have your bank account details ready. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for manufacturing defects or incorrect items — not for size issues. If you need a different size, we recommend placing a new order. Please refer to our size guide on product pages before ordering.
COD return policy
For Cash on Delivery orders, if you wish to return an item, do not pay for or accept the parcel at delivery if the outer packaging is visibly damaged. Once a COD order is accepted and paid, the standard 48-hour return window applies.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. To cancel, contact us immediately at thugiltextile@gmail.com or on WhatsApp. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled — the returns process applies instead. Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders are processed within 5–7 business days.
