We quality-check every product before dispatch. If something arrives wrong or defective, we'll make it right.

✕Change of mind or personal preference
✕Size not fitting (please check our size guide)
✕Items washed, worn, or altered
✕Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery

How to raise a return request

Email thugiltextile@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp (+91 70924 50429) within 48 hours of delivery.

Share your order details

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the defect or incorrect item.

We review your request

We will review your request within 1 business day and confirm whether it is approved.

Refund or replacement

If approved, we will arrange a pickup or ask you to ship the item back, and process your refund or replacement.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued back to the original prepaid payment method (UPI, card or netbanking) used at checkout. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for manufacturing defects or incorrect items - not for size issues. If you need a different size, we recommend placing a new order. Please refer to our size guide on product pages before ordering.

Damaged parcel on arrival

If the outer packaging is visibly damaged or tampered with on delivery, please refuse the parcel or record a short unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours. This helps us raise a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund quickly.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. To cancel, contact us immediately at thugiltextile@gmail.com or on WhatsApp. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled - the returns process applies instead. Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders are processed within 5–7 business days.
