Shipping destinations
We ship to all states and union territories across India. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Shipping charges
Shipping is free on all orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee is shown at checkout before you pay. This fee varies based on your location and order weight.
Dispatch time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) from our facility in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
Delivery time
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Metro cities generally receive orders faster (3–4 days), while remote or rural areas may take up to 7–10 days. These are estimates and may vary due to courier capacity, public holidays, or unforeseen events.
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your courier name and tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel on the courier's website. Tracking information is also available in your account under My Orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on select orders and locations. Please have the exact order amount ready at the time of delivery. COD orders are subject to an additional handling fee shown at checkout.
Damaged or lost shipments
If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Address accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address, pincode, and phone number are correct at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address information. Contact us immediately if you need to change your address before dispatch.
