About us
Thugil Tex is a GST-registered sole proprietorship (GSTIN: 33BRBPV8092A1ZS) operated by Vaijayanthi Selvaraj, located at No. 25, Anna Colony, Thudiyalur, Coimbatore – 641034, Tamil Nadu, India. We manufacture and sell women's leggings and t-shirts.
Orders & pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. An order is confirmed only after successful payment (online) or order placement (Cash on Delivery). We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, with a full refund.
Payment
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other methods via Razorpay, as well as Cash on Delivery (COD). For COD orders, please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. Razorpay's terms of service apply to online payments.
Shipping & delivery
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Shipping is free on orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee applies as shown at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier or force majeure events.
Returns & refunds
We accept returns for manufacturing defects or incorrect items only. Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs. We do not accept returns for size issues or change of mind. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Product descriptions
We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph our products. Colours may vary slightly due to screen calibration differences. Product weights and dimensions are approximate.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and design — is the property of Thugil Tex and protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thugil Tex is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability is limited to the order value of the specific transaction in dispute.
Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
