How to Measure
Chest
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms, keeping the tape horizontal. This is the most important measurement for t-shirt fit.
Shoulder
Measure from the outer edge of one shoulder to the outer edge of the other, across the back. For oversized tees, the shoulder seam will fall below this point — that's intentional.
Length
For regular fit, the t-shirt should fall to the hip. For oversized, it typically falls to mid-hip or below. All lengths listed are from the collar seam to the hem.
Fit Tips by Style
- ✦Regular fit (round neck, polo, plain): Choose your standard size based on the chest measurement chart above.
- ✦Oversized fit: Go 1–2 sizes above your regular fit. If you normally wear L, buy XL or 2XL for a genuine dropped-shoulder oversized look.
- ✦Between sizes? Size up for comfort. T-shirt fabric doesn't stretch like leggings — there's no recovery if you size down.
- ✦Polo t-shirts: Polos tend to have a slightly slimmer cut than round-neck tees. If you're on the upper edge of a size, go up one size in polo styles.
