How to Measure
Waist
Stand straight, breathe normally. Measure around the narrowest part of your waist - just above the belly button. Keep the tape snug but not tight.
Hip
Stand with feet together. Measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks - usually 8–9 inches below your natural waistline. Keep the tape parallel to the floor.
Inseam (Length)
Measure from your crotch to your ankle along the inner leg. Our standard ankle-length leggings are 38–40 inches depending on size.
Fit Tips
- ✦Between sizes? Size up. The 4-way stretch accommodates the larger size comfortably - sizing down risks a tight waistband.
- ✦Shimmer leggings: Follow the standard chart. If you prefer a snugger, more form-fitting look, you can size down - the shimmer fabric is forgiving.
- ✦Cotton leggings: Stick to the standard chart - cotton has slightly less stretch than polyester blends, so don't size down in cotton styles.
- ✦Tall women (5'6"+): 3XL has the longest inseam (41 inches) and is the most comfortable ankle-length fit for taller frames.
- ✦Pear shape: Choose by hip measurement. The stretch fabric accommodates a smaller waist easily even if it's below the stated size range.
